Rocked it Last Night!!!

We totally rocked it out last night. Monitors were fine like they usually are. (Except for that last show!!!) Anywhoo, here's just one pic from the show...

We played probably the best we've played in a while. We were all just so locked in musically.

Got some bad news though... CD release date has been pushed back another month. All the way to like early to  mid March. Totally sucks! So, we're not playing any shows until like March 11th or something, hoping the CDs will be in by then... Josh is out for a while then Aaron is out after that so we're just taking a break. Maybe some acoustic stuff, but not full band. Lots of practice, but just no shows. Which is kinda good because Carolyn mentioned doing some shoots next month, maybe like 2 or 3 and then SINSTAR or Drop Dead might call up. Ya just never know.

Well, it's sunny and kinda warm so I'm gonna go lay out a but and do some yardwork!

Show Tonight/Feel Like Crap...

Monthly Visitor came last nigh. Just in time for the show tonight. I'd rather be really bitchy then feel this bad and have to play. It's really bad right now so I better get some iron in me and fast.

I managed a half smile just for you guys and gals... Yea! Go me!

I might go get a burger but I don't feel like getting up. I so wish I was at Tonya's last night! She'd go get me one for sure!

Have to be at sound check at 4:30. The venues just right outside of town. I hope it's not hot in this place. I don't want to be hot tonight.

I have a terrible headache and did I mention that I'm bleeding from my girl parts!!! Ugg...

Fun Times in the ATL!

We rocked ATL last night. Gonna turn Georgia into our state too! Went to the aquarium and it was amazing, went the Underground Atlanta and stuff and ate lunch and then hung out in this really cool downtown area.

I was amazed at how many people actually knew our songs. It sounded like a good many people singing out on a lot of the older ones. No pics yet to share... Don't know if I'll have any to post. Tonya wasn't there and I didn't really know anyone there to ask and we don't really know the peeps at the venue really right now. So, maybe no pics... sorry.

Anyway. we have like a 10 hour drive back unless we stop and stay somewhere again tonight. I think Josh and Aaron are gonna take turns driving, but who knows. We'll probably end up in a motel somewhere in mid-Florida.

It's been a long day and we just pulled into the varsity for dinner. And I got a cheeseburger, chili cheese fries, and a medium sweet tea!!!

Food was so good but I hope my stomach can handle it. I made myself go to the bathroom before we left...

So Much for Relaxing...

We just had a show yesterday... It went well, but it was like, totes last minute. We played right before the closing band and did 11 songs. Also... ALSO!!! We have a radio interview on Sunday, a show on Tuesday, New Years Eve, and then another radio interview and a radio performance on Friday!!! WOW! Calendar is filling up. I guess I'm about to start living the "rock star" life really soon!

I think the show on New Years Eve is gonna be big! Now sure of all the details, Marty, our manager, is hopefully taking care of all that. We hired him about the time we started recording our cd and now, he's fully into us and is really helping out. Josh is still really involved in all that stuff, too, but we're letting Marty take over that aspect a good bit now.

I'm going back to bed. Then I might swing over and see Heather and Jess and see what they're doing. Haven't hung out with those cuties in a while.

What an End to Last Week!!!

I think I'm finally getting caught up on sleep and it's taken me forever!!! so Here's the rundown on the craziness!

Wednesday Night - Long Ass Rehearsal!

Thursday Afternoon - Tripped and fell and 'sprained my right wrist really badly. Thank god it wasn't my left one, then I couldn't play guitar. Well, I would have tried and I probably would have done it, but it would have hurt like hell!

Friday - Slept in till like 1pm and then was lazy until around 4:00pm. Had to be at the venue for the show at 5pm for sound check and I was late... Got there around 5:31 and everyone was waiting on me. Yikes!!! Show went well, really well although my wrist was hurting like hell. Made holding my pick feel really awkward! Anyway, Tonya couldn't go for some reason so no pics really... Just two I downloaded from the venue's website today. If I'm not careful, I'm gonna have to start paying Tonya for being my personal photographer!

So, I didn't sleep really at all the last night in England and then there was the flight and then I couldn't sleep last night here so today, I feel like shit!!!

There's band rehearsal tonight and and then Josh just informed me there's a show on Thursday! OMG!!! TOO MUCH TO HANDLE! Nah, not really but damn, so much going on right when I get back and I still have some shopping to do too! Oh well, no rest for the weary!

I'm supposed to get back some of the DROPDEAD pics like tomorrow and I can't wait! And then the SINSTAR ones are also gonna be emailed to me soon as well and as soon as I get them, I'll put them up on here. I really want you guys to see them. Also, Carolyn just sent me more of the ones from her place that I did a while back and I'll put a few of those on here soon, too!

Now! NEED CEREAL! NEED LUCKY CHARMS!!!

I also have to change the strings on at least one of my guitars and all sorts of other stuff... Ugg again! I better have some Lucky Charms!!!

I'll Have to Say That a Few Faces Were Rocked Off Last Night!!!

DAMN!!! Another rocking show. People are really starting to dig out band! It's so cool. Lots of Miami peeps there and I recognized a few Ft L that come to Miami to see us and have been to our shows there in Ft L as well. It's also cool to play in a different town and meet new people and get to connect to them. That's one thing about our band, we love meeting new people and hanging out. I hope that never changes about us. Fans really love the fact that after we play, we come down to the merch table or just mingle with the crowd.

Show Today at the Culture Room in Ft. Lauderdale

I'm about to leave the office today and head over to Josh's and get all packed up for the show tonight. We have about a 45 minute drive from his house to the venue and we have sound check around 4:30 or so with the show starting around 6:30pm with us going on around 9pm. Two other bands are playing, I think Last Fight for Carla, who we played with last show, and one other one... can't remember.

WE have a pretty good following in FT Lauderdale with lots of people from here probably making the drive there. CDs should be here in a few weeks and that'll be good to have at shows to sell along with our other stuff.

So, about to wrap up a project and send it off and then head outta here.

We've got a show in Ft. Lauderdale in Tuesday at the Culture Room. Pretty cool venue. Can't wait to rock it out!!!

By the way, this is Olivia's old room which is now the junk room... Single tear for Olivia. I do still miss her... :(

About to go over to Tonya's and go lay out for a bit! Supposed to be about 82 today and sunny so a perfect day to catch some rays and not get too hot doing it! WOOT! 

Oh Man! Another Trip in the Future!?!?

We've gotten some great feedback from the show last Saturday. There's gonna be a writeup in a Miami magazine and me and Josh and Alen are gonna be on a few radio shows for interviews and acoustic performances coming up soon. How cool is that!!!

Weeks been good. Just the normal stuff happening I guess. Nothing too exciting but good non-the-less.

And, looks like I'll be going back across the pond in a little while, maybe in a few weeks There's another company, DROPDEAD Clothing that wants me to come over and model for them. And if I get the job, which they are already telling me I will, then they are taking me and a few other models to Egypt and the Middle East to do some modeling and promotional stuff and for the companies annual trip! Looks like I'm gonna get hired just in time! How cool is that!!! The whole trip will last like 2 weeks so that would put me getting back like a few weeks before Christmas! There's also a possibility that I'll do a couple shoots for SINSTAR while I'm there in England as well. COOL!

I'm so stoked! I'm so excited!!! See. Crazy Bree FACE!!!

Almost time to go home. Been here in the office all day getting caught up. Phew, so much designing going on up in here!
